Terms of service.

Order Acceptance and Payment

  1. All orders are subject to acceptance by SMAE Print.

  2. A minimum of 50% of the total payment is required to confirm your order unless otherwise specified.

  3. Final payment is due upon completion of the project before delivery or pickup.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders canceled after confirmation will be subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee of the total order amount.

  2. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and acknowledged by SMAE Print to be valid.

Revisions and Proofing

  1. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve proofs before production.

  2. SMAE Print is not liable for errors (e.g., spelling, grammar, design) approved by the client.

Turnaround Time

  1. Production timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

Refund and Returns

  1. Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are not offered unless there is a production defect directly caused by SMAE Print.

  2. Claims for defects must be made within 5 business days of receiving the product.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. SMAE Print is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  2. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Property and Artwork Rights

  1. All artwork provided by SMAE Print remains the intellectual property of SMAE Print unless explicitly transferred.

  2. Client-provided artwork must comply with copyright laws, and the client assumes responsibility for any violations.

Promotional Use of Work

  1. SMAE Print reserves the right to photograph or video record all completed work and use it for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertisements.

  2. If the client wishes to opt out of promotional usage, they must notify SMAE Print in writing prior to order completion.

Indemnification

  1. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SMAE Print against any claims, damages, costs, and liabilities arising from the use of client-provided content.

Limitation of Liability

SMAE Print’s responsibility for any issues with your order is limited to the cost of the order itself.

If an error occurs that is determined to be SMAE Print’s fault (e.g., incorrect design, printing defects), we will either reprint the order at no additional cost or provide a refund for the affected items.

SMAE Print is not responsible for any additional costs or damages beyond the value of the order, such as lost sales, missed deadlines, or other indirect expenses.

Changes to Terms

SMAE Print reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated on the SMAE Print website.
